A complete rebuild of ohwowcycles.com on Shopify using a top-tier theme. The goal is a fast, clean, conversion-ready storefront plus a connected CRM and simple automations for leads and follow-up.

Scope & Deliverables

• Shopify Rebuild: Premium theme selection and customization; mobile-first design; performance tuning.

• Architecture & Content: Updated navigation, clear page structure (Home, Catalog/Collections, Product pages, About, Contact, Support/Policies), content migration and light copy refinements.

• Catalog Setup: Core product templates, collections, tags, filters, and search basics; sizing/spec sections where applicable.

• Checkout Readiness: Payments, taxes, shipping profiles (as provided), essential apps (reviews, analytics, basic UX).

• CRM & Automations: CRM selection/config (e.g., HubSpot/Copper or equivalent), web-to-lead/intake forms, lead routing, basic follow-up automations, and email templates (welcome/lead confirmation).

• Analytics & Tracking: GA4 connection, conversions, Meta/Google Ads pixel install, consent banner hookup.

• Project Management: Weekly status notes, staging/preview access, QA checklist, recorded training/handoff.

Milestones & Payments

1. $1,000 — Project Start: Kickoff, discovery, site map, theme selection, base styles.

2. $2,000 — Halfway (~30 days): Design approval, core templates functional, preview link.

3. $2,000 — Completion: Final QA, launch, DNS cutover, post-launch monitoring.

What I Need to Begin

The scope above is fixed. New pages, custom features/apps, or third-party integrations beyond this list will be quoted and approved before work proceeds.

Terms / Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to the scope and the milestone payment schedule ($1,000 start • $2,000 halfway • $2,000 completion). The kickoff payment is non-refundable once work begins. If the project pauses due to delayed content/approvals or access, the schedule shifts accordingly; remaining balances are due at the corresponding milestones when that stage is completed and approved. A simple Services Agreement will accompany this purchase for signature.
